MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND MODIFICATIONS
Rampart’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities are certified through an FAA Part 145 Air Agency Certificate. Our Repair Station services are approved for a variety of aircraft on both FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regular maintenance intervals.
All FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and IA mechanics are experienced in several aircraft types including the CASA 212, Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Caravan, De Havilland Twin Otter, and Caribou.
Rampart has years of experience in the modification with a variety of airframes ranging from skydiving and parachute systems modifications to full implementation of Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs).
Rampart has the ability and experience to perform any specialized modifications and maintenance as required. In fact, we have a global modification and maintenance capabilities that are often only seen in much larger companies:
- Parts requisition and supply
- Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) handling and precautions
- Parts storage
- Equipment and Cargo handling.
Rampart’s FAA certified A&P mechanics are well-versed in all aspects of aircraft modification support and are all supervised by FAA-approved maintenance supervisors and Quality Assurance / Quality Inspection (QA / QI) senior personnel.
All maintenance activities are in accordance with our FAA approved Operations Specifications (OPSPEC) providing a Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) authorizing the use of a Time Control Document (TCD), Required Inspection Items (RII), Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS), Maintenance Inspection Program (MIP), and Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
