We have years of experience in the modification in a variety of airframes ranging from skydiving and parachute systems modifications to full implementation of Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs). Rampart’s FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanics are well-versed in all aspects of aircraft modification support and are all supervised by FAA-approved maintenance supervisors and Quality Assurance / Quality Inspection (QA / QI) senior personnel. Rampart also has the ability and experience to “contract-out” any specialized modifications and / or maintenance as required. In fact, we have a global modification / maintenance abilities including parts requisition and supply, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) handling and precautions, parts storage, refueling and equipment / cargo handling – capabilities that are often only seen in much larger companies.

Special Operations Equipment
Rampart is an industry leader in the installation of Rollup Jump Doors, Jump Lighting, Static Line Systems and Static Line Retrieval Systems. Rampart has experience in modifying aircraft to be compliant with Night Vision Goggle (NVG) systems including Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) cockpit and cabin systems.
Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Sensor Systems
Integration of full motion video, FLIR, and other sensor systems can be installed in any configuration required for the mission. Aircraft can be configured for modular, roll-on/roll-off racks, or permanent installation.
Rampart has extensive experience integrating mission modifications into non-standard platforms. Special use aircraft can be modified and delivered turn-key to meet the customer’s specifications. Rampart has extensive experience in special use aircraft such as the DHC-6 Twin Otter, DHC-4T Caribou and Cessna Caravan platforms.
